Service displayed on the site can be delivered in Canada. Prices are valid and effective only in Canadian.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms, the contents, the use of the site, or products or services purchased using this site, shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts of Alberta, Canada. Your use of the site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Rockland relating to the site or its contents. Any other agreements between you and Rockland are superseded and have no force or effect.
If Rockland believes you have failed to comply with these terms, or for any other or no reason, Rockland, may deny you access to the site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all content downloaded or obtained from this site, as well as all copies of content.
Delivery of Services:
Rockland's working policy is to advise you in advance of any additional costs associated with the requested services. Rockland will provide a contract outlining expectations and services, which will requiring approval prior to work commencing.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for bulk aggregate products or sod. All other products may be returned within 60 days provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Hardscapes, including Expocrete and Barkman, and natural stone products are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be processed on the same payment card as the original purchase; Cash returns can only be processed the same day of purchase. Clearance and Special Order Products are final sale.

Our Accountability to You
Only Rockland employees that have a legitimate business purpose for accessing and handling personal information obtained by us are given authorization to do so. The unauthorized access or use of such information by Rockland employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.
Additionally, our information management systems are configured in such a way as to block or inhibit employees from accessing information that they have no authority to access.The Accountability of Rockland Agents and Business Partners, Our trusted vendors and business partners are responsible for processing or handling some of the information that we receive. These vendors and business partners are not authorized to use such information for purposes beyond those specified by us and are required to preserve the confidentiality with which we treat such information.

Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.
Inventory Level, Back Orders, and Pre-order Items
Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our stores. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our store inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on supplier schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items: products listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian store and are subject to GST (as well as PST for B.C. residents).
